INTRODUCTION
Contribute to the development of the internal audit strategy and translate into operational plans.
Provide direction and leadership to the team in executing the internal audit strategy.
Manage all administration and reporting related to risk and executive committees.
Provide advisory services to the executive management team with regards to cost efficiency, governance, risk management and control processes.
Local and International travel may be required.
REQUIRED SKILL SETS
Minimum requirement is a completed Honours Degree in Business / Commerce.
Must have more than 10 years' experience in Internal Audit.
Banking or Financial Services experience is essential.
Must be a Certified Internal Auditor and currently be a Senior Audit Manager.
It is required to have audit experience in at least 3 of the following areas:
- Human Capital
- Legal (MOST PREFERRED)
- Marketing and Communications
- Group Shared Services (incl. call centre)
- Group Real Estate
- Group Governance
