Prepare, manage and reinforce change in line with specific business initiative requirements.
Develop Change Management plans (e.g. stakeholder management, training, coaching, communications & resistance management).
Develop Change Management material and content with the assistance of the appropriate Specialists.
Incorporate successful Change Management solutions from other initiatives into change plans.
Project management of the Change Management plan.
Proactively identify issues and risks (conscience of project), providing feedback to Change Management Lead.
